The 2017 Sephora VIB Rouge Renewal Gift has been announced as well as the three 2017 birthday options. This will be my 5th year being VIB Rouge and I always appreciate the Rouge Welcome Kit perk.

VIB ROUGE RENEWAL GIFT
The 2017 VIB Rouge Renewal Gift is a VIB ROUGE PRO Mini Flawless Airbrush #56.5. This is the first year that the VIB Rouge renewal gift is not a makeup item. I like that the brush will last instead of a disposable makeup item.
The brush is travel-sized and is good for blending foundation or blush. It has short, densely packed synthetic bristles to give an airbrushed look.
I am excited to get this welcome kit gift because the Pro #56 is a good brush and I think a travel size is nice. I tried to redeem it last week online, but it wasn’t available so I may try to go into a store.
*EDIT: I just got mine from my local Sephora. It’s super cute, but much smaller than I thought it would be. I think it’s great though and am excited to travel with it. I came in protective sleeve within a silky red, drawstring bag.

Also, pretty sure it’s a typo — the 2017 VIB Rouge card included with the brush says that I’m VIB Rouge status through December 31, 2018. Definitely haven’t spent enough this year to be VIB Rough through 2018!
*EDIT 2/17/17: Thanks to Joanna on Instagram, I see that the 2018 isn’t a typo. This Rouge gift is meant to be given for those VIB’s who reach/renew VIB Rouge status in 2017 — so they’ll get Rouge for the remainder of 2017 and all through 2018. It was confusing to me because I was redeeming this gift for renewing VIB Rouge in 2016. Hope this helps others who may have misunderstood as well. Thanks, Joanna! ♥
BEAUTY INSIDER BIRTHDAY GIFT OPTIONS

I love tarte and I love their Amazonian Clay blushes. I’m not a huge fan of lip products, but I think this looks like a good color for everyone. This is the gift I’ll be redeeming on my birthday.
UPDATE: I redeemed for my tarte gift and it’s beautiful! I love the blush and even the lip paint.
CAUDALIE SKINCARE SERUM & MOISTURIZER

I haven’t used too many products from Caudalie, but I’ve heard great things about their skincare products. This would be a nice way to try out some of they products or get travel-sized versions of things you already love.

This gift option can only be redeemed online and you get:
- Deep Dive Glycolic Facial Cleanser
- Clean Break Oil-Free Moisturizer
Another good skincare option if you are looking to try something new or stock up on a smaller version for travel.
