We visited Lou’s Sushi in Sacramento for some vegetarian/vegan sushi and it was great. I never thought about vegan sushi before but I’m so glad to have found a cool place.
ATMOSPHERE
Lou’s Sushi is a neat little casual sushi restaurant in Sacramento. Located at 2801 P Street, parking was easy and the restaurant was easy to find. Inside the restaurant, you can choose to sit at a table or at the bar — we sat at the bar for our meal. The restaurant is pretty small. When we first arrived, the restaurant was full and we waited about 15 minutes to get a seat at the bar.
MENU
We chose to come to Lou’s Sushi from a recommendation from a friend. Lou’s has an entire vegetarian and vegan menu which is so awesome. I’ve had “vegetarian” sushi before but it was just a cream cheese and avocado roll. boring. I’d never heard of a restaurant making actually good vegetarian/vegan sushi rolls that were creative. Until I tried Lou’s Sushi! Here’s a look at their vegetarian/vegan menu:

OVERALL EXPERIENCE
Everything we ordered was great. My favorite was Benjamin Button and the Vegan Irishman. So good!
