I’m so excited for this eyeshadow palette! I’ve been using the Naked and Naked 2 (my favorite) palettes forever and I still haven’t hit pan on most of the colors. But I’ve also been looking for a new, more compact palette with some nice neutrals that I could switch things up with. I was really eying the Rainforest of the Sea palette for some time, but I kept seeing mixed reviews. Ultimately I decided on this beautiful Tartelette In Bloom palette by Tarte. Here’s my first look of the eyeshadows:
First of all, the packaging is so beautiful. I love the bright pinks and fuchsias. ♡ And the gold lettering is super pretty.
Also, I love that this palette (how many more times will I say ‘palette’ in this post? lol) has a giant mirror. It’s great having a huge mirror if you are using this while traveling or even at home. It’s always great to have a mirror.
And of course the shadows are gorgeous. I love the variety of warm, cool, and rosy neutrals all in one. Plus, I am excited to have so many matte shades. I actually use mostly shimmer colors everyday, so this will be a nice change. Here’s a close up of the colors:
^ Some of these colors look really dark, but I’m looking forward to trying them out. I’ll do a full review once I’m had time to use it a few times and test everything out (Full Review HERE!). Until then, I can’t wait to use this super pretty palette!
