I love having a plan and just being able to write out/organize my thoughts — it helps me to keep track of everything, and also track my progress on any goals I have. My favorite planner for the last few years has been my Erin Condren Life Planner. Now that the end of the year is approaching, I am getting super excited to use my new 2018 Erin Condren Life Planner!

When the new 2018 planners launched earlier in the year, I did a post on all of the new features and changes that I was excited for. I love seeing the new design that the Erin Condren team comes up with each year.
If you aren’t familiar, the Erin Condren Life Planners, they are super customizable. You can choose between a hardbound or spiral-bound planner and customize your cover, the layout (vertical, horizontal, or hourly), the color scheme, and more. The website makes it really easy to build your planner or select a pre-designed version if you’re not into so many options. I really like the spiral-bound horizontal life planner with the colorful interior. I prefer the colorful option because I like how each month is a different color theme; it makes me excited to go to the next month and get some new perspective.
HOW I USE MY LIFE PLANNER
My planner goes with me everywhere; I use it every day and even take it on vacation with me — you never know when you’ll need your planner!
I use my Life Planner for so many things. Each week, I sit down and really try to plan out what my week will look like, write out a grocery list, list out chores to do. As the week goes on, I check off my lists, and write out new things that come up, or document things that happened each day.
I track my monthly budget in my Life Planner, and keep track of any bills, or savings progress. My planner has helped me budget to become debt free! I also used my planner to document my weight loss progress and help keep me motivated when I recently lost over 30 pounds.
There is a section in the front of each planner that I choose to write my long-term goals for the year. I love looking at them each month and reminding myself what I’m working towards or and looking forward to happen, and then checking them off. It’s such a rewarding feeling.

My 2018 Erin Condren planner is so pretty! I’m really happy with my choice in cover and colorful interior. Here’s a quick look through at how gorgeous the planner is inside:
The paper is noticeably thicker which is nice. I keep all my planners even after the year is over, and having thicker paper makes it feel like more of a keepsake book. I am so excited to start using it!
The colors are so vibrant in this year’s planner too. I love how bright and fun it is, and the super cute Painted Petals theme throughout. 
There are so many fun sticker options built in to this planner. I love the foiling detail and the different options from previous years.
These colorful pockets are thick and sturdy for putting in different items you want with you as you plan. Plus, the colors are so pretty; I love this year’s design!
Erin Condren Accessories
I bought a few accessories to go with my planner and they are so cute. I can’t wait to start using everything come January. The designer sticker book, painted petals paper tape, and the sticky notes were my picks this year.
I like how the Painted Petals theme is detailed throughout the accessory choices too. I’m very excited to move into my new planner soon.
