I have been in love with my liquid glitter iPhone case; the glitter is so pretty and just makes me happy to look at and play with. As an experiment, I wanted to see if PopSockets would stick to the glitter case or if it would somehow damage the backing and cause the liquid glitter to leak. It’s been a few weeks and I wanted to share my experience, and also share my link for $10 off your own glitter case.
LIQUID GLITTER CASE
I have a few glitter cases now since I love them so much. I did a full review of the glitter cases if you want to know more about them. The liquid glitter cases come with a few different glitter color options and are super pretty, but they do add some bulk to your phone. I really wanted to use a PopSocket with my pretty glitter case, but I wasn’t sure if the pressure from the PopSocket would somehow crack the back and cause the liquid to leak. As an experiment, I bought a new glitter case (without any custom text), and a few PopSockets that I ordered during the Black Friday / Cyber Monday sale.
DO POPSOCKETS STICK TO LIQUID GLITTER CASES
Yes! PopSockets do stick to my liquid glitter case. I’ve been using it for just over two weeks now and it’s great so far. The PopSocket helps me to just have a good grip on my phone and it looks cute too.
I designed this cute Christmas tree PopSocket and I am so happy with how it turned out. You can customize your own PopSockets through their website. I designed mine using Procreate on my iPad, but you could even just upload your own photo or design.
You can remove or reposition your PopSocket by just kind of lifting it up from the edges. I thought this might cause stress to my glitter phone case, but I was able to do it with no problem. This is my other cute PopSocket that I got and I think it’s a nice change from the Christmas tree one.
