We visited Pushkin’s Restaurant in Sacramento for their vegan brunch. I love it when a restaurant has a dedicated vegan menu, so I was really excited to see what Pushkin’s had to offer.

We’re half way through January; this is a good time to check in and see how you’re progressing towards any new year goals. Remember, you don’t need the new year to start a new thing; you can start at any time. If you have a goal to start fresh with your money and to be intentional with your money this year, now is the time to get going with a budget. If you need a little help figuring out where to start, in this post I’m going to tell you how to make a budget and share nine tips to get out of debt.
I recently discovered the Muji gel-ink ballpoint pens, and decided to try them out after hearing such good things. I really love pens and stationary, and my planner so I hoped that these pens would work for me.
As part of getting ready for the new year, I like to go through my closet and dresser to see if there are any clothes that I should donate. I look for items that I didn’t wear the entire year, or things that no longer fit, or just things that don’t make me happy. Whatever those items are, we pack them up and donate them. After going through and organizing, I could see what I had and what I needed more clearly.
I kind of randomly found these headphones while browsing for some unique items on Amazon. These Senso Bluetooth Headphones are sweat proof and weren’t very expensive so I decided to buy them to see if they would work for me while running on the treadmill. I’ve only had them for about 5 days now, but here’s my first impressions/ review on the Senso Bluetooth Headphones.
Now that 2017 is officially over, I’ve put together a round-up of some of my most favorite things in the year. Check out my 2017 beauty and lifestyle favorites.
When you’ve had your computer for a while, you have probably noticed that it’s running a little slower, or that you are running out of storage space. Keeping your computer organized will help you to be more productive, and to keep your computer running smoothly. Here’s what I do to declutter my digital space.
The new year is almost here; a time to start fresh and purge things that are no longer serving you. Make room for all of the good things 2018 has for you, and purge out all the clutter in your life that doesn’t bring you joy. Here’s a look at 18 things to purge from your life for 2018:
I have been in love with my liquid glitter iPhone case; the glitter is so pretty and just makes me happy to look at and play with. As an experiment, I wanted to see if PopSockets would stick to the glitter case or if it would somehow damage the backing and cause the liquid glitter to leak. It’s been a few weeks and I wanted to share my experience, and also share my link for $10 off your own glitter case.
I’ve been using my Sunday Riley Good Genes all-in-one lactic acid treatment for over a month now and I am so excited to do a review. Here’s a look at what Good Genes is, and my experience using it for a month:
I’ve had Amazon Prime for a few years now — it’s so awesome because you get free, fast 2-day shipping (sometimes faster!). I order from Amazon all the time because they’re good with customer service/returns, their shipping is super fast, and they have everything you could ever want. Recently, I was exploring Amazon and found a lot of unique and interesting items. I wouldn’t have expected to find some of these things on Amazon…but they really do have everything! Here’s some cool, unique things I found:
I received the PopSockets that I ordered on Black Friday / Cyber Monday. I am so happy with how my custom designed PopSocket turned out! I also ordered a new glitter iPhone case and it just arrived today so I wanted to share my experiment idea!
As the end of the year gets closer, I like to set aside some time to reflect on the current year and start thinking about goals for the upcoming year. Of course you can set new goals for yourself at any time during the year, but there’s something significant about starting the year fresh and having a clean slate on January 1st. Here’s a look at what I do to set my goals for the new year, and my tips on how to achieve your goals:
