It’s almost that time of year — when Sephora has its sale for beauty insiders. Typically, VIB Rouge level insiders get 20% off during one week in November. I always look forward to this sale to buy some bigger ticket items — usually a foundation— and to stock up on things that I know I love. Here’s a look at what’s on my Sephora VIB Rouge sale wishlist this year:

I recently discovered the brand, Farmacy, and their Honey Drop Lightweight Moisturizer at Sephora. From the first time I sampled the Honey Drop Moisturizer, I fell in love. I bought the full size at Sephora and I’ve been loving it ever since.

Each spring Sephora holds a sale where VIB Rouge members get 15% off everything. There’s also usually an in-store event on the first day of the sale which I’ve really enjoyed in the past and look forward to each year. My favorite event was the Beauty Before Brunch event. The 2017 Sephora VIB Rouge Renewal Gift has been announced as well as the three 2017 birthday options. This will be my 5th year being VIB Rouge and I always appreciate the Rouge Welcome Kit perk.

If this year is like years past, Sephora will be having their 15% off Spring Sale for VIB Rouge in the next few weeks. — UPDATE: VIB Rouge 15% off event is April 7th through 13th (online promo code: ROUGENOTE). I’ve gone to the in-store events for the last few years and they’ve each been really cool. Check out my experience at the Spring Social event or the Beauty Before Brunch event from the past couple years.

Sephora VIB Rouge Renewal Gifts
After I made the decision to renew VIB Rouge for 2016, I received an email from Sephora letting me know that my “Rouge Status is solid until December 31, 2017” and that I could pick up my VIB Rouge renewal gift if I haven’t already. And they showed a picture of the Nars blush that I wanted!

I first gained VIB Rouge status in 2013 with the inception of Sephora’s Rewards Program’s highest tier. I was really excited to see what exclusive perks were in store as a VIB Rouge and all that came with this elite level.
On Cyber Monday, I bought a new bottle of Purity Made Simple facial Cleanser by Philosophy from Sephora. It was their $15 for 12oz. bottle; a pretty good value (although $5 more than it was in previous years).
In the checkout, I saw some super great holiday “rewards” from the Rewards Boutique for 250 points and 500 points. I know the rewards are limited quantities (did someone say Epic Rewards/ Epic Fail?), so decided to use my 3000+ points to redeem a few things.
